Group Adult Foster Care
Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) supports individuals through visits from trained caregivers, who may be a friend, family member, or Brockton AFC staff.
Caregivers assist with personal care, supervision, and daily household activities, all while being supported by Brockton AFC.
